A proposal for Josh Holland

Simply Walk
the Talk.

Simply Walk the Talk podcast artwork

You built the audience, the conversations and the relationships. We’ll build the system around them so the show can grow, create revenue and open more opportunities without adding more day-to-day work to your plate.

01 / The opportunity

The show is already working. The opportunity is to make more of what it has built.

Simply Walk the Talk has nearly a decade of conversations behind it, an established newsletter audience, a network built through years inside health and performance, and new relationships arriving faster than you have time to activate them.

You named the constraints plainly: time and capital. The opportunity is not to reinvent the show. It is to build around what is already working so the conversations, audience and relationships can keep creating value long after an episode is published.

The pieces are already there.

01

Nearly a decade of archive

Years of conversations that can be resurfaced when the topic becomes relevant again and extended into new content, relationships and commercial opportunities.

02

An owned audience

A segmented newsletter of 20,000+ readers, with evidence that relevant targeting dramatically improves engagement.

03

A relationship network

Around 150 new high-level relationships from one summit alone, many of whom have already said yes to the show.

04

High-profile guests already interested

Celebrity clients have already expressed interest in joining the show, creating an opportunity to be more intentional about when and where certain conversations are recorded.

05

An emerging product ecosystem

The 15 by 15 program, ebook, coaching, speaking and newsletter already create pathways beyond the podcast.

02 / Our recommendation

Start with what is already working.

Simply Walk the Talk does not need to be rebuilt. The first step is to understand the show, audience, relationships and workflow you have already created, then build the right system around them.

For the first two months, we work closely with you and your producer to map what is there, identify where Podcast Collective can be most useful, and put the foundation in place for us to take on more of the day-to-day from there.

First two months

Understand the show and build around it.

Working sessions

Spend time with you and your producer understanding how the show currently runs, what is working well, where your time is still getting pulled in, and what you want the show to become.

Archive intelligence

Review the existing episode library to identify recurring themes, evergreen conversations, strong guests and material worth bringing back into circulation.

Audience and channel map

Look at how the podcast, newsletter, website, ebook, 15 by 15 program and other channels currently connect, then make the path between them clearer.

Relationship mapping

Map the guest archive, summit relationships and broader network to identify the people, introductions, partners and sponsor opportunities worth paying attention to.

Guest pipeline

Organize the people who have already expressed interest in appearing on the show, along with future priority guests, into a manageable booking and follow-up system.

Workflow design

Build around what your existing producer already does well and define where Podcast Collective can take work off your plate without duplicating what is already working.

Recording approach

Keep the current recording setup where it makes sense, with options for a nearby New York studio when an in-person conversation or guest calls for it.

Commercial inventory

Identify what could credibly be built around the podcast, newsletter, archive, events and relationships without compromising the trust you have already built with your audience.

From there

Take more of the day-to-day off your plate.

Once the foundation is in place, Podcast Collective moves into the ongoing operating role around Simply Walk the Talk, including guest management, production, publishing, promotion, archive activation, cross-promotion and sponsorship development.

You stay focused on the conversations and relationships. We increasingly handle the system around them.

03 / The network

Two networks. More ways to create value.

A podcast is not just an audience. It is a relationship engine.

Simply Walk the Talk brings a health, performance and lifestyle audience, a deep guest network and your credibility. Podcast Collective brings industry relationships, sponsorship access, production infrastructure and the systems for turning conversations into commercial opportunity.

The value moves both ways: your network expands ours, ours expands yours, and that creates more opportunities for guests, sponsors, introductions and cross-promotion.

Sponsorship

Bring relevant health and wellness brands into the show and newsletter, without defaulting to generic programmatic advertising.

Cross-promotion

Create useful audience and guest crossover across aligned shows and media properties.

Relationship intelligence

Turn the collective network into a clearer picture of who should know whom, and why.

Shared upside

You approve every sponsor before it appears, and any sponsorship you bring in stays yours. Podcast Collective participates in the opportunities we originate, with the economics outlined below.

You keep ownership of Simply Walk the Talk, your feed, your audience, your relationships and final editorial approval.

04 / What this can become

As the system takes shape, we scale what works.

01

A show you mostly show up for

Your time is concentrated on the conversation and the relationships around it, not the machinery required to book, produce, publish and promote it.

  • Guest sourcing & booking
  • Scheduling
  • Intake & releases
  • Briefing & prep
  • Audio/video production
  • Publishing & packaging
  • Show notes, chapters, transcripts
  • Guest promotion kits
  • Clips & social
  • Post-episode follow-up
02

An audience that has somewhere to go

When people ask “what next?” after an episode or a keynote, there is a clear answer.

Podcast · keynotes · guest appearancesYour owned hubNewsletterEbook · 15 by 15 · contentCoaching · products · partners
03

An archive that keeps earning attention

Surface the right conversation when the topic becomes relevant again, turn episodes into new editorial material, and build permanent resources around the ideas people keep searching for.

04

A more deliberate sponsorship business

You already have brand, sponsor and affiliate relationships across health and wellness. The opportunity is to package the podcast, newsletter, live presence and future studio into clearer premium inventory, then build more durable partnerships around what is already working.

  • Podcast sponsorship
  • Newsletter sponsorship
  • Branded editorial
  • Relevant product integration
  • Sponsored series
  • Event & studio partnerships
05

A New York home for the show

Explore a consistent New York recording home that feels like your world, including studio partnerships and aligned equipment or wellness brands that may help underwrite the environment.

06 / The partnership

Start with the foundation. Expand our role from there.

You already have a show, an audience, a producer and a body of work worth building on. We are not proposing that you replace what works or take on unnecessary production costs.

We start by understanding and organizing what is already there, then take on more of the ongoing operation once that foundation is in place.

Months 1–2

Foundation + strategy

$4,500/month

We work alongside you and your producer to understand the archive, audience, relationships and workflow, then build the operating foundation around them.

  • Working sessions with you and your producer
  • Archive and content review
  • Audience and newsletter review
  • Relationship, guest-network and summit mapping
  • Sponsor and commercial inventory
  • Guest pipeline and workflow design
  • Audience pathway across the show, newsletter, ebook and 15 by 15
  • Recording approach and in-person production options

Your existing producer stays involved where the current workflow is working.

Beginning month 3

Podcast partnership

$6,500/month ongoing

You host. Podcast Collective runs more of the show around you. Beginning in month three, we take on the ongoing guest, production, publishing, promotion and growth work around Simply Walk the Talk.

  • Editorial direction and ongoing strategy
  • Guest sourcing, outreach, scheduling and prep
  • Production management and long-form editing
  • Publishing, show notes, chapters and metadata
  • Clips and episode promotion assets
  • Coordination with your newsletter producer
  • Archive resurfacing and network cross-promotion
  • Relationship follow-through and introductions where there is a genuine fit
  • Sponsorship strategy and selective sales outreach

Shared upside

  • You retain 100% of sponsorship revenue from relationships you originate.
  • For sponsorships and other commercial opportunities originated directly by Podcast Collective, economics are agreed together in advance before anything moves forward.

Production costs

  • Virtual conversations can continue from your existing setup. When an in-person conversation calls for a studio, crew, equipment, travel or other third-party production support, those costs are approved in advance and billed separately.

The ongoing partnership remains at $6,500/month, with any additional capabilities scoped separately only if and when they make sense.

07 / Next step

Let’s start with what already exists.

If the direction feels right, we’ll confirm the working details and schedule the first session with you and your producer.

From there, we’ll get access to the archive and existing workflow and begin the foundation work together.
